Noah Garrett
Founder and President
Noah is founder and president of NGC Communications.
Noah was born and raised in Virginia Beach, Va., and now calls Charleston, S.C. home. He is married to his wife Rachael and has a daughter, Alaina.
Noah is responsible for all operations and strategy for NGC Communications. His professional career began on the Outer Banks of North Carolina where he was a reporter/editor/photographer and columnist for The Coastland Times. Later, he moved to radio where he was a morning radio personality and program director. Eventually, he was recruited to direct all operations for Red Pearl Productions, an entertainment company focused on promotions, fund-raising, and interactive event planning. He then accepted a position as Executive Director of Communications and Government Affairs for the North Carolina Technology Association. There, he was able to work with leading-edge technology companies and generate a broad network of contacts in the industry. In 2007, he founded NGC with the idea of saving companies money without sacrificing quality through outsourced managed marketing services.
To date, NGC has grown exponentially and continues to raise the bar for marketing and public relations services nationwide. He is a tireless worker and a creative spirit with a focus on strategic entrepreneurship. His dedication to his family, his clients and his profession have made him an influential member of the industry and is listed a Cambridge Who’s Who among young professionals under 40.
Noah has a B.A. in Communications and Political Science from Francis Marion University. He also is an active member of several organizations and on the Board of Directors for Mission Caridad.
